5. Booking and consultations
Submitting an enquiry or consultation request through our website does not create a binding contract. A contract is formed only once you have selected a plan, we have confirmed your enrolment, and payment arrangements have been agreed. The free consultation carries no obligation to purchase.
6. Pricing and payment
Prices for our plans are displayed on our website and may be billed on a monthly or annual basis. Annual plans are offered at a discount as indicated. All prices are in pounds sterling (GBP). We may change our prices from time to time, but changes will not affect a plan you have already purchased during its current billing period.
7. Cancellation and refunds
If you are a consumer, you have the right to cancel within 14 days of entering into a contract under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, unless you have asked us to begin providing the services during that period and they have been fully performed. Monthly plans may be cancelled before the next billing date and will not renew. We also offer a 7-day satisfaction guarantee from the start of your programme, as described at the point of purchase. 8. Your responsibilities
To get the most from our services, you agree to attend scheduled sessions, provide accurate information and engage actively with the programme. Therfethy is not responsible for a lack of progress resulting from missed sessions or non-participation.
9. Limitation of liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law. Subject to this, Therfethy will not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, or loss of opportunity arising from your use of our services. Our total liability to you will not exceed the amount you paid for the services in question.

All materials we provide as part of our programmes are for your personal use only and remain the intellectual property of Therfethy. You may not copy, distribute, resell or share them without our written consent.
